TAOTS Gala Kick-off

Gala Website

Dear TAOTS families,

We hope that the buzz about our annual Gala, TAOTS in Wonderland, has reached your ears! The Gala will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Dyker Beach Golf Course at 6:30pm. With a new venue and new time of day comes new ways for you to support the Gala and our school. We encourage you to review the attached sponsorship and donation solicitation materials to determine the best ways you can contribute to what promises to be an inspiring and successful event.

Perhaps you have a knack for ad sales or a connection to a business interested in donating goods/services or becoming a larger sponsor? This year we have included ways for you and family members to be a part of the festivities even if you are unable to attend – you may send a special message to someone in our program book or buy pre-‐sale raffle tickets to win one of three grand prizes.  Further information regarding raffle sales will be circulated soon.  Every effort will mean something to us and both come from and add to the spirit of our TAOTS family.

In the coming days, we will coordinate a group neighborhood canvas. Armed with maps, a list of target businesses and solicitation packets-‐ we hope to gather a group of volunteers to cover the surrounding areas of our school. Beta testing of the raffle /ticket web sites and Ad advertising web site is underway.  Please email us at admin@taotspto.org if you would like the join us! Feel free to bring others and come sporting TAOTS t-‐shirts or colors!
